What is the Interview Day and is it really free?
Yes, our Interview Day is completely free with no obligation to enroll. It's a comprehensive behavioral assessment where our certified counselors evaluate your dog's temperament, play style, and social compatibility. This ensures every dog is placed in the right group for a safe, enriching experience.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvo), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old with completed vaccination series. We verify all records before enrollment.
What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. These extended hours are specifically designed for professionals working long shifts. Boarding checkout time is 11:00 AM.
How does the live webcam work?
All daycare and boarding clients receive 24/7 access to our live webcam system through the Dog Daycare Durham App. You can check in on your dog anytime, from anywhere - during your work shift, while traveling, or whenever you want peace of mind.
Does boarding include daycare play?

What is the Duke PERQS discount?

Do you charge extra during holidays?
There is a $5.00 additional fee per night, per dog during holidays and peak seasons. We recommend booking early during popular travel times like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and summer vacation to secure your spot.
Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs?
Yes! Additional family dogs sharing the same daycare day or boarding cabin receive discounted rates. For daycare, the second family dog is $32 (full day) or $23.25 (half day). For boarding, additional dogs sharing a cabin are $64 per night.
What should I bring for overnight boarding?
