Dog Daycare Durham provides dog daycare, luxury boarding, grooming, dog walking, enrichment, puppy daycare, and temperament testing services at our facility located at 600 Park Offices Drive Ste 300, Durham, NC 27713.

Enrollment Requirements

All dogs must complete our mandatory Interview Day (temperament assessment) before enrollment in any service. Additionally, all dogs must be current on required vaccinations including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella.

Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that:

Shows signs of illness, injury, or parasites
Displays aggressive behavior that poses a risk to other dogs or staff
Is not current on required vaccinations
Does not pass our temperament assessment

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of all dogs in our care, dog daycare and boarding involve inherent risks. Dogs may sustain minor injuries during normal play activities.

Payment and Pricing

All pricing is as listed on our website and may be subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at our facility.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation. Cancellation policies for boarding and other services will be communicated at the time of booking.

Liability

Dog Daycare Durham carries appropriate liability insurance. However, by enrolling your dog in our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with group dog activities. We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or conditions that are pre-existing or that occur despite our reasonable care and supervision.

Webcam Access

We provide 24/7 webcam access to enrolled clients. Webcam footage is for personal use only and may not be recorded, shared, or distributed without our written consent.
